8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, even if ETS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ETS's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services will be limited to the amount you paid to ETS for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination
ETS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments due to ETS must be settled.
